April, everything as usual

April, weather went warmer. Monsoon, almost, as humid, often raining, and 25-30 cels. I like it.
Even so, I took some bike ride to my favorite Baoshan. I can offer you another view to it, from above... This is how small holes in Taiwan look like, without make-up. One of better pictures of Taiwan, in fact.

I like the seasons here...all are warm. Tropic suits me well, really.

Hsinchu, pub

Usually here I write about Taiwan nature-positive or negative aspects, if e.g. ecology comes to my mind-or about food (this IS Taiwan blog, so food is definitely The Topic).
Taiwan people appear little, as if they'd workwrokwork only, and it is not right for these 24 million people, they do have fun sometimes. And sometimes it IS understandible for us Europeans, also.
Spring came here also, lots of couples holding hands or kissing on the benches.

We went Friday night to see how Hsinchu youth spends time in pub. International, inter-racial delegation, as Indian, Japanese and European.
Place I chosed was Flying Pig, and it showed to be very good choice. Drinks not too expensive (beers around 150NT$ in average, tequila 130NT$), lots of pretty girls ("delegation" was men), music ok, not too loud at the beginning, and after 22h, when it became night club, with dance floor in the middle, quite acceptable. Good DJ.

I usually avoid pubs here not to feel too much like LongNose who came to feast on BTAGs (BeautifulTinyAsianGirls), but from time to time it should be ok.

Audience from everywhere (it IS expats place), BTAGs especially enjoyed, I noticed, curious...

In general, pleasant night. Few beers and tequilas inspired me, so after longer time I even danced, I think it was 2 years or so since last occasion. Too long! The same for good intoxication...I can not remember when I got drunk so properly last time. Should be prescribed by doctors!
